Why The Little Blizzard® and Little Blizzard® Sound Proof
When CITC designed a quiet snow machine in 1993 that could run continuously and throw realistic looking snowflakes made from an evaporative liquid, it became a technical achievement for the "snow effects" industry. Now CITC has 6 models in 120vac and 6 in 230vac for international customers.
The Little Blizzard® has superior technology. Watch for the newest unit, "The Santa Snow Machine" to be quieter than most any machine made. Then you have the professional line of the Little Blizzard® machines that are much quieter. Not only do they have more sound insulation than any machine on the market today, but it also has a newly designed reverse-sound, venturi system that bends sound waves.
Even quieter is the Little Blizzard® Sound Proof (SP). Besides being the quietest snow machine in the world, the Little Blizzard® SP/DMX has several features that set it apart from the imitators.

A control that changes the size of the flakes with a mere touch of a lever, called the Flake Size Adjuster
• Easy to Install Compact Size yet fully quiet to a whisper
• A safety fuse with extra fuse included
• More insulation with reverse sound deadening nozzle opening

• Curved vents that bend sound waves and filter in-bound air

When used as directed, Little Blizzard® Snow Fluid leaves no residue or mess to clean up. The snow gently floats longer than ever to create the magic of a full auditorium, yet evaporates magically as soon as it touches anything.
Several types of Little Blizzard® Fluids Are Available

1. Super Extra Dry
2. Basic (wetter flakes, similar to imitator’s fluids),
3. Extra Dry, (evaporates within 50’)
4. Dry, (evaporate between 50’-100‘)
5. Dry 100, (for traveling over 100’)
6. UV Light Blue, (always in Extra Dry formula)
7. UV Light Pink, (always in Extra Dry formula)
8. UV Bluish White
When you order analog machines (without the DMX), you can combine them with the 3 pin XLR connector units (all of our originally designed models). This makes it possible to buy a new machine and still have it work with all of the other models that you have in rental or in your show now. (Please note: you can use a DMX converter with your analog unit, but it does take two channels of DMX for these units, whereas the newer models with DMX onboard use only one channel of DMX to control on/off and volume).
